Internet
The Internet is a very important thing to reduce our stress. First of all, we can
communicate with our acquaintance on the Internet. Classmates can understand our
anxiety, so we vent the anguish of our heart and take comfort. Moreover, we can get
counsel from professors or seniors on the Internet. Second, Internet shopping can
reduce our stress, too. We feel happy and relax when we adorn ourself with beautiful
clothes. To buy clothes, we can use the Internet. Also, we can diminish our stress when
we play a game. For example, playing an old-day game can reminisce about our
childhood, and lessen our stress. Besides, blog or individual homepage activity can be a
good way to manage our stress, too. We post our daily life or whatever on a blog or
homepage. In that process, we can take a rest and relax our mind. Therefore, the
Internet plays a major role in controling our stress.
