RESUMEN "USO DE LOS ANÁLISIS ESTADÍSTICOS EN EL ARTÍCULO SITUACIÓN GLOBAL DE LOS CULTIVOS TRANSGÉNICOS / OGM COMERCIALIZADOS: 2014” OBJETIVOS: Descripción del análisis estadístico realizado en el trabajo de la Sección "Pocket K No. 16" de Internacional Service for the Acquisition of Agri-Biotech Applications. MATERIAL Y MÉTODO: Estudio descriptivo retrospectivo de los artículos originales sobre cultivos transgénicos publicados en las revista “Inform Magazine”, en el período de 1996 a 2014. Para el estudio de la accesibilidad estadística se estableció como referencia el conocimiento de técnicas bivariables, hasta regresión lineal simple. RESULTADOS: Se utilizó la estadística inferencial. Se consideraron los datos del año 1996 a 2014. CONCLUSIONES: La utilización de técnicas estadísticas varía en función del tema y diseño de investigación, de la revista y del año de publicación. La disminución de la accesibilidad estadística hace necesario identificar el perfil del lector estándar en nuestro país para adaptar sus conocimientos a las exigencias de la biotecnológica. Data from 1996 to 2014 were considered. CONCLUSIONS: The use of statistical methods depends on the investigation subject and design, the journal and the year of publication.
