How do I enroll in eStatements? Choosing eStatements is a smart, safe and environmentally-friendly way to receive and manage your monthly account information. To enroll: 1) Log in to U.S. RBC Bank Online Banking. Doing so will take you to the Account Summary screen. 2) Click My Services and a drop-down menu will appear. 3) Select eStatements. This will take you to a screen called Bank Statement Preferences showing your U.S. RBC Bank accounts with selection options for statements. 4) Select eStatements for any or all your RBC Bank deposit accounts. Once you make your selections, a Terms and Conditions box will appear. 5) Click View/Print Terms & Conditions and review the document thoroughly. 6) Select the checkboxes for #2 and #3 to verify that you can view, print and save eStatements using your computer and that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions. 7) Click Submit. Once this process is complete, you will no longer receive paper statements. Instead, you will receive an e-mail each month notifying you that your eStatement is ready for viewing. How do I enroll in eStatements?Choosing eStatements is a smart, safe and environmentally-friendly way to receive and manage your monthly account information. To enroll:

1)Log in to U.S. RBC Bank Online Banking. Doing so will take you to the Account Summary screen.

How do I update my eStatement email address?There are two ways to update your eStatement Notification email address - either online or through Customer Service.

To update your email address online:

1)Log in to U.S. RBC Bank Online Banking. Doing so will bring you to the Account Summary page.

2)Click on Customer Service and select My Profile and Preferences.

3)Select Contact Information. From this page you can update your email address, mailing address, phone numbers, and more. Enter your preferred Primary Email address.

4)Click Submit.

5)To complete the email address update, view any eStatement, which will trigger the system to update your eStatement Notification email address.

6)Your next eStatement Notification will be sent to the updated email address.

To update your email address through Customer Service:

1)Call 1-800 ROYAL 5-3 (1-800-769-2553) and speak to one of our dedicated, bilingual customer service representatives.
