Release catch if you want to see what you change on O.M.1. Log in to eStore firstly.
2. Move your mouse on My Account and click “Release Website Cache”
3. Click ”Release Cache” and wait for system response.
4. When catch is released, than there is no any record as below.

Login ID & Password: The same as you login in 1.0 O.M.
1. RBU Notification: Display your Regional Business Unit code
2. Product & Systems: It is a place to help you maintain Standard Product
and CTOS Product Category and List.
1)CTOS Product/Systems: You may revise, add or delete the product
category and add CTOS product list here.
2)Standard Products: You may revise, add or delete product category, add
Advantech or non Advantech product list here. You may set up Attribute
Value of each Category.
3. eStore Menu: You may revise/add or delete the menu item and the detail
list on O.M. base on your local situation.
4. Marketing Features: It is all about Marketing function.
1) Ad Banner Management: You may upload your local banner on O.M. by
yourself.
2) Custom Page Management: You may upload your owned designed
solution page with zip file here.
3) Promotion Campaign Management: You may set up promotion code
for marketing or promotion campaigns.
4) Translation Management: You may revise or optimize the wording of
interface by yourself.

Step1-Standard Product Category
Review Product Category list
What do you need to do? Please review category list with your local PSM and Sales
team.
1. Go to Category List
2. Click to expand its sub Categories. Means there is sub category under
this category. Means there is no sub category
3. You can see the sub categories list as below.
Revise Category Wording & Content
There are 4 parts in maintaining dashboard in red square: 1.Sub
Categories ,2.Detailes, 3.Rule Set, 4.Spec Mask

1. There are default Sub Categories under each categories which be set up from

ANA eStore. You may click “Remove” to delete this category or click “Edit”
to edit the display name and description.

1. Category Name= the name you see on O.M. in the Standard Product
Category Tree. Category Display Name=the name you show on eStore site
to your visitors. You can insert what you want to show in the box.
2. There are 2 selected items in Product Division of eA & eP which can be
used in product selling analysis. When Publish status=Y, then this category
will be shown off on eStore and vice versa.
3. Sequence means the sequence shown on eStore Category. When you set up
1 means this category will be first order among all category. Description &
Extended Description will be shown in the category and will help us to
introduce this product category to our visitors.
4. Click ”選擇檔案” to pick up and upload picture file from your computer and you must click “Preview” to make sure the photo is uploaded
successfully.
5. This area will help you improve SEO ranking of this category page. Page
title=the title of webpage, Meta Keyword=Keyword you select to show to
Search Engine. Meta Description can help you increase the ranking. The
position of Page title, Meta Keyword and Meta Description in web page.
6. Click “Update” to save your information. You may refer to the front test site
to check whether the layout and content is on your expectation.

Spec Mask
This area is only used for Product Selection Table.
1. See the position of Attribute Category & Attribute in the selection table.

2. Seq. means the order of the Attribute in the selection table and you may
insert 1,2,3…… to set up order.
3. You may tick which Attribute you want to show.

Revise Sub Category Wording & Content
The same way as Category maintenance.
Add Advantech Product List
When you want to add new standard product, use this function.
1. Go to Add Vendor Product
2. When you want to Add Advantech Product, choose Advantech then choose
Local.
3. Insert Part number here and click “Preview” to get detailed information.
4. Click “Prepare to Add” to add this parts.
5. When you add the parts, you may check 2 section as below:
1) Product Details: Show the parts description, publish status, SAP price
and so on. You may change the content on the box directly then click “Save”
to save your change.
6. Set up Attribute Value: You may select Base Attribute then select the Base
Attribute Value. Click “Add” to save your change.
7. You can see the Category-BA in under this part. You may tick the colum of
Delete to delete the Value then click “Save” to save your change.
Revise the Spec./Price/Attribute Value of Product
When you can’t find some parts under some category, you may check the attribute
value of the parts.
1. Go to Product List
2. Insert Product Part numbers in the box and click “Search”
3. Click ”Edit” to check and revise the detailed information or click “ Delete” to
remove this parts.
4. You may revise product spec. and price in “Product Details” and revise
attribute in “ProductSpec”.

Revise Sub Category Wording & Content
1. Click to expand the sub categories under Panel Computer and there are 2 sub categories (By Processor and By Display Size) under Industrial HMI Panel PCs. You may maintain “Sub Categories” and”Details” as you do in maintaining Categories. How to maintain Sub Categories and Details?Note: In eStore 3.0, you may decide which attribute you want to display your product whether help your visitor select product easily. For example, we believe visitors will pick up products By Processor or By Display Size, then we can define the attribute value under processor and display size like you see in the red square on the left side as below.
2. Click “Edit” to edit the Sub categories, Details and Spec Mask of “By Processor”.
3. Maintain Sub Categories and Details as you do in Categories.How to maintain Sub Categories and Details?
4. Insert CTOS part number which you maintained in eStore 1.0 already. Click “Add” to add this product.Note: In order to help you review your CTOS product list, you may export your CBOM list from O.M. 1.0 and copy the selected part numbers in right sub category as below. How to export CBOM list in O.M.1.0?
Spec Mask will be used in the last node of sub categories. Below is the maintaining introduction of Spec Mask
5. Click “15” LCD Industrial Panel PCs” to edit its Spec Mask. You may find which means this sub category is the last node and there is no sub category under it.
6. Click “Spec Mask” to do editing. When you do any revision, remember to click “Update Spec Mask” to save your change.1) You may tick the Colum to delete the Attribute description.2) You may revise the wording on the box directly which will be shown in eStore to our visitors.3) You may insert the number which helps you define the order of each Attribute Description.

7. If you want to add more Attribute Description, scroll down the box of Add New Attribute, select one then click “Add” to save your change.
Copy Cbom form other RBU
1. Go to System Copy
The Attribute Description name will be displayed in eStore
like this.
2. You can use this function to copy complete Cbom from other RBU and might help you to reduce the effort of create new Cbom. You may change the peripherals by your local part numbers in Product List. How to maintain Cbom?1) Scroll down the list and choose which RBU you want to copy system from.2) Scroll down the list and choose which Product line you want to copy from.3) Base on the Product Line you choose, it will show all available part numbers under the product line in this RBU. You may choose one which you want to copy from.4) Insert the new part numbers for this copied system in your eStore. Click “Start Copy” to copy this system.
Maintain Cbom
1. Go to Product List
2. Here shows all Cbom list here. You may use Advanced Search function: Search by Product Line or Insert Cbom Part numbers or Search by Product Status you set up before. Click the URL in red square on the left side in the table to
maintain the Cbom of this product.
3. There are 4 parts in this maintaining dashboard.1) System Basic: You may revise Product Description , Selling Price, Meta page title, Meta Keyword and Meta Description and set up product status into General, New or Hot and so on here.2) System SPEC: You may revise the hardware spec like Dimension or Power supply and so on manually.3) Edit Cbom: You may maintain the Cbom detailed and calculate total price automatically.4) Preview: You may click here to preview the page display on eStore.Note: If you want to know more about how to maintain Cbom on eStore, please contact with [email protected]/VOIP 511#2974 to have an orientation.
Edit CTOS Peripherals
1. Go to Category/Listing Mgt
2. For example, you want to add “96HD120G-I-SA7K” which belongs to Hard Disk Drive. You may scroll down the list and choose “Hard Disk Drive”.
3. Click “Hard Disk Drive” in red square.
4. Click “Edit” in red square.
5. Insert “96HD120G-I-SA7K” in the box of Partno. For box of QTY only use for “Expansion” like if you insert 2 means you provide 96HD120G-I-SA7K x2=240G to customer. Click “Add PartNo to List” to save your change.
6. Result as below. You may click “Remove” to delete this part.
Step3-Solution Store
What’s the function of Solution Store?There are many products on eStore which will make our visitors confused when selecting products. In order to help customers pick product easily and correctly, eStore 3.0 offer 3 kinds of product selection way: Shop by Products, Shop by Systems, and Shop by Solutions. As most of our customer will use Advantech products in several applications, we tried to choose some application which will fulfill most of our customer’s application and choose some suitable products used in those application.Available Solution Stores List1. needs?2. What’s the product you want to add in each Solution Store Pages?3. Design Solution web page for each Sub market. ->If you want to use ACL’s
template, you don’t need to do it.4. Insert “Widget tag value” in html file of your design-ready. What’s Widget
tag?-> ACL can provide enough support for it.5. Zip html file into zip format and upload on “Custom Page Management”
1) Choose the zip file from your computer.
2) Input a name here which can help you easy to identify.3) Click “Upload” to finish uploading.
6. Show Solution Stores on eStore1) Go to “Menu Management”-> ”Header”-> ”Solutions”2) Select or Create Solution Store name.3) Set up Sequence and Choose menu type as “WidgetPage”4) Select the Solution Store name in the following column and click upload.

1. Go to eStore Menu
2. You will see there are 4 Categories already exist.
3. Click to see detailed sub categories under Products. Review those Sub categories base on what you set up in Standard Categories. So are CTOS Product Categories and Solution Store.
Edit Menu Category
Add New Category1. Click to main dashboard of eStore Menu2. Insert the new name directly then click “Add”.

Step5-Interface Localization/Optimization
Localize or Optimize Interface
You can insert your new description here on your local language or optimized
wordings.
1. Go to Translation Management
2. Insert or Edit new description here. There are 3 parts you need to know as below.
3. 1)Type: “Translation type” used in general interface for visitors. Scroll down the Colum of Select Short Key to distinguish different Area in the front end of eStore. “Error Code” used in error message notification as below.

4. 2)Select Short Key: It helps you distinguish different Area in eStore and input optimized wording here. When you choose one of the selection items, click “Search” to run your request.(1) All Key: It shows all interface value here, you can insert Keyword in the Colum of Key to have a quick search.(2)Cart: It shows values in Shopping Cart pages.(3) eStore: It shows values on Homepage.(4) Product: It shows values on each Product pages.(5) Quotation: It shows values on Quotation pages.(6) Request: It shows values on all request form on eStore.
5. 3) Click “Edit” to start to insert your new value here. Click” Delete” to delete this value then visitors won’t see this value on eStore.
6. Insert or Edit new value in the Colum of Value, click “Update” to save your change or click “Cancel” to undo your change.
Image Localization
There are two types of image need you maintain:
Interface image: Like Live Chat or Shop by Solution as below, please refer to the
folder of Interface Image.
Banner image: Like Store AD. You can design banners or change the wording in
your local language on PSD file for all ready images.
1. For changing wording directly, please refer to the folder of Banner Image.
2. For designing your local Banner, please refer to below information.

eMail Notification Localization
There are 4 types of email notification need you check the wording: Quantity
Discount Request, Quotation, Order, Sales Request.
How to Export CBOM List from O.M. 1.0
Loop: Products->CTOS->Export Cbom
Scroll down the selection list and select your RBU code. Click “Export” to export the Cbom list in your eStore 1.0 to get review.
About Widget Tags
Why we need insert Widget Tags?A widget tag is a dynamic tags which can update the information of the Web page when Product Price or description update on O.M. For example, we insert Widget tag on the price Colum of TERK-550 as below. When this price change on O.M., then the price on this web page will change automatically. This function will help us to increase content accuracy.
