Introduction Ethernet Service consists on Data Cards: MCS, EIS,DIO and ESW.
Ethernet Service is a collection of VSI’s (MCS)/Flow’s (EIS) in the network.
MCS cards can be PB, PE or gateway PE and EIS/ESW can be PB only and all this LE’s can contain multiple ports for E.P selection of Ethernet service.
For creation of Ethernet Service the network should be configured in advance with EoS/MoT and Tunnels.
Ethernet Service is configured on 3 main topologies: PB Network, MPLS Network and EA-HVPLS Network.
There is 5 types of Ethernet Services: P2P, MP2MP, RootedMP, P2MP and L1.

Constrains – Dedicated Tunnels Only, Protected Tunnels Only, Dual Home Access Link Service, Dual Home InterNetwork Link Service.
Service Configuration Endpoints Parameters:
CoS Mapping (The Same CoS Mapping for all E.P’s except E-NNI E.P’s.
Policers (Per E.P and Per CoS).
VLAN’s (Per E.P) for E-NNI ports S-VLAN.
Multicast.
Network Parameters:
VC Label (Per MPLS Network – Only one).
S-VLAN (Per PB Network – Can be several in EA-HVPLS Network).
Automatic S-VLAN Registration Enabled.
