Astek res-pects the confidentiality of personal information and only retains data necessary to its activities.Those of us who are authorised to access the personal data of our staff agree to preserve the confidentiality of the information conferred upon them and to ensure that this is only passed on to persons authorised to this effect.

This quest for customer satisfaction guides our corporate development in order that we may support our clients in all areas, offering them flawless service quality and excellent products and services.Each of us must contribute to this success by providing a true description of our abi-lities and seeking excellence in everything we do, combining rigour and methodo-logy at every stage.

> SUPPLiER RELaTiONSIn order to maintain open and honest relationships with our suppliers, we guarantee transparency, impartiality and fair treatment during tenders and the awarding of contracts.Each of us must base their choices on an objective assessment following the launch of a competitive tender, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information shared with us and informing the unsuccessful bidders of the reasons for their failure.

Our group applies recognised accountancy standards when drawing up its docu-ments. These are used as the basis for managing Astek’s activities and fulfilling the group’s obligations, particularly where tax is concerned.Each of us has an obligation to ensure that all of the information shown in our docu-ments is exact. This is a vital pre-condition for guaranteeing the honest and efficient operation of our group.

All goods and assets must be conserved and improved. The misuse or waste of such resources is harmful to Astek and its performance. It is therefore the responsibility of each staff member to use the group’s assets, in addition to those of our clients and our suppliers for legitimate professional purposes only.

> cONFidENTiaLiTYInformation is one of the group’s key strengths.To avoid in any way disadvantaging the Astek group, each of us must protect the confidentiality of the information made available to him or her, not only by Astek but

Astek’s reputation depends on the behaviour of us all. Any employee assigned to re-present the group should behave in a professional and pleasant manner and ensure that his or her behaviour is in line with and is a credit to the group’s image.

> BEHaViNG iN a MaNNER WHicH iMPROVES THE GROUP’S REPUTaTiON

Any conflict between personal interests and professional obligations can harm the individual’s capacity to act impartially and pose a threat to Astek’s reputation. Re-gardless of the interests involved, Astek will ensure that its assets are not used for corruption or illegal practices incompatible with Astek’s culture and will punish such behaviour as serious misconduct.Each of us must ensure that any benefits or gifts offered or received may not be inter-preted as attempted corruption.

> Undertaking initiatives aimed at promoting greater environmental responsibility
