I strongly believe in the Golden Rule because it reciprocates ethical behavior. Whereas it

states to do good to others and treat them with the same respect

as one would like in return.

Good. Good. Good.  

I personally strive to treat individuals with respect, regardless of their behavioral outcome. I believe that one individuals attitude and energy could affect a change of the other individuals outlooks.

Utilitarianism – results in acquiring the greatest good for the maximum amount of individuals.

During my decision making process, I mostly use utilitarianism because I point to the advantage that will result from the action or the harm it will prevent.

Know how to lead yourself and step up to the responsibilities that come with the consequences of ones actions. Be available to the idea of developing competence and credibility. Be proactive and take advantage of continuing your education and performance opportunities that are made available to you. Allow yourself to use your courageous conscience. Just because your leader may not be concerned of certain ethical behaviors within the work-force, doesn’t mean your ethics of action should be ignored.

There is plenty of evidence available demonstrating that cancer can be treated without chemo/radiation/surgery.

American Greed: How individuals are able to convince others regarding possible concerns they might get affected by, but in no means assist nor support in the services they advise.

Caner the Forbidden Cures: It is distasteful to understand certain actions of industry’s, when it comes to producing the highest profits. The medical industry views individuals as a dollar sign. They’re not afraid to provide one with wrongful subscriptions, to make a higher wage.
