1. Paper presenters are advised to briefly introduce themselves;2. Each paper presenter will have 15 minutes including self introduction; and3. Paper presenters are advised to give due attention for their findings and limit the number of their slide

accordingly.

Note to Chair PersonsThe Secretariat of the Ethiopian Economics Association would like to remind the following points to chair persons:

1. Introduce or Advise paper presenters to briefly introduce themselves;2. The chair persons have the responsibility of facilitating the discussion i.e. the chair persons are advised as

much as possible not to involve themselves in the discussion;3. Should always try to keep the time allotted to each paper presenter which is about 15 minutes in order to

allocate more time for discussion; and4. Remind paper presenter when 5 minutes remains and stop when the time is over.
