2. The materials suffered also some changes which tried to • make proposals to use different communication possibilities; • make pedagogical use of as much Internet possibilities available as possible; • make use of the new possibilities technology offers of transmitting images, sound, video, for instance.

Some hintsSome hints
No need to use all the suggestions. You can introduce your own items/topics according to your students’ needs and interests. The use of these suggestions depends on…
… the software and hardware available at school (No digital camera? Use a scanner),
… the possibilities of the schools (videoconference will not be easy to organise in some schools, but it may be different in others),
… the skills of the teachers to use these ICT possibilities,
… the technical possibilities at school,… the willingness of the pupils to communicate this
way.
Some Some more more hintshints
Combination of new and more traditional methods are desirable – a video of the class can be available at the school website and / or sent via snail mail. Discuss all ideas / possibilities with your partners – you can agree on carrying on all proposed activities, just some of them or only sending the letters. Make the adaptations you feel necessary for your groups. Collaboration between teachers and pupils is the basis for a successful project.
