Marco is one of the Founders and Managing Directors of the EURIX Group of Companies. Since setting up the company in 1996 as a real estate broker, Marco has overseen the company’s successful transition to one of the most successful and respected real estate & asset management brokers in Berlin. In recent years Marco has focused on developing the Asset Management and Property Funds divisions of the business.

Detlef is one of the Founders and Managing Directors of the EURIX Group of Companies. Detlef has an extensive background in Real Estate & Financial services in Berlin, where he has spent over 20 years in investment management and commercial development roles. He brings these skills to the group, together with an in-depth capability in sales and client management.

David is the Sales & Marketing Director of the EURIX Group of companies. His main focus is developing the Asset Management and Property Funds sectors of the Group whilst managing the groups Global network of international business partners. David has held senior positions in German & Central European companies responsible for managing over 500 million euro worth of property for private investor clients.

David HealySales & Marketing Director

Rouven has been involved in German Real Estate since 1992. In his role as acquisition manager Rouven and his team are responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing residential portfolios for the Groups property funds and private investor clients. This also includes completing a full due diligence on each building and negotiating bank fi nancing terms with all the leading fi nancial institutions.
