Contact EPD – +44 845 076 0061Assigned a dedicated Worldwide Account Manager

Provide EPD with hardware details, support requirements, hardware location, preferred service level.

EPD takes the configurations and approach each IBM Distributer in the respective countries to acquire quotes.

EPD will present available options and costs to the customer in the currency of choice.

EPD requires a signed quotation. Upon receiving payment, agreements will be acquired from respective countries.

EPD will register all ServicePac free of charge. Maintenance agreements must be signed by customer.

EPD will notify the customer 30 days prior to support expiry and offer quotation for an extension.

Europlus sell services globally inline with IBM List price – we buyfrom the distributors at areduced rate therefore ourservice is at no additional costto the customer.
