After completing the assessment of the 30 areas as a group of people working with the Catholic Development efforts, it will be important for each individual to now fill in an Input Sheet. This sheet will allow individuals to use the information and scores from the group assessment as they answer the following questions:

In terms of your role and in your opinion, what were the areas that worked really well this year.

What areas need the most improvement? What overall changes would you suggest for next year? Specifically, what role(s) would you like to play – other than

what you have been doing – in the Catholic Development efforts for next year?

In your opinion, what is the single most important area upon which we need to focus on for next year?

As a team of people working with the Catholic Development efforts, two questions need to be answered and agreed upon by all members of the Team: What are the 10 major areas you would like to

affirm, based upon the work you did this past fiscal year?

What are the 10 major areas you would like to focus on and prioritize for the next fiscal year? (It is ok to have overlapping in these two areas).

Based upon what you affirmed and what you decided to focus on, create the action steps that will bring those areas alive.

Goal # 1: To put an organized alumni effort in place for our Catholic school Priority Action Step A: Hand select 10-12 alums who

will serve for one year as the original Alumni Board. Priority Action Step B: Meet with the Alumni Board and

develop the alumni involvement activities for this coming year.

Priority Action Step C: Meet with this year’s seniors or 8th graders and work with them to plan a one year reunion this coming December during Christmas break.
