Athletic Mentorship Program
• EVCC Student Athletes will Attend a middle school athletics practice
• Middle school athletes will be given invitation and tickets to EVCC mentors game.
Beginning Plan
• Start with two Everett School District sites
• Team Gryffindor to help EVCC athlete through process of piloting the project
• Trojan Warrior Mentorship Project
Mentorship Curriculum
• Students will learn about mentoring theory• Engage in and write a self-reflection related
after a mentoring practicum experience.• Demonstrate knowledge of the potential
benefits of mentoring.

• A Final Mentoring Reflection Paper
Project Outcomes• EvCC Athletes will have a mentorship guide with clear
expectations, information and strategies for success
