MEETING SPACETUESDAY & WEDNESDAY
General Session – Ocean Tower II Ballroom
Product Showcase – Pompeii (Pompeii is located on the lobby level of the hotel on the opposite side
of the lobby from the meeting space)
Lunch – Ocean Tower II Ballroom
Break-out Rooms – Ocean Tower Break-out rooms are located on the lobby level
Promenade A & B is located on the lobby level on the other side of the lobby.
All other break-out rooms are located on the lower level (one level under the lobby) of the hotel –
San Marino, Key Biscayne, Rivo Alto, Bayshore, Star, Hibiscus, and Belle

General Session – Ocean Tower I Salon A & B
Product Showcase & Lunch will take place in Pompeii / Promenade
EVENING EVENTSMonday’s reception will take place on the Palm Terrace at the hotel from 1900 – 2100.
On Tuesday, join us for dinner, live entertainment and glow in the dark volleyball at Nikki Beach.
Meet at the Hotel Lobby at 1830. Buses will leave the hotel lobby at 1830. Attire – shorts and flip flops
are acceptable!
PRODUCT SHOWCASEComplete the puzzle for a chance to win an iPad 2, 64GB with 3G! Each product owner/vendor in the
product showcase will have a piece to a Sabre puzzle. Complete the puzzle by visiting each demo.
Turn in your completed puzzles to the registration desk with your name written on the puzzle box by
Wednesday, 1500 and your name will be entered into the iPad drawing at the closing session on
Wednesday. Must be present to win!
PRIZE DRAWINGSA variety of prizes will be given away each day of the conference. You can enter the prize
drawings by participating in break-out sessions. Make sure you pick up a blank Sabre card
from the break-out session owners at the end of each session. Prize descriptions and
drawing times are located just outside of the product showcase. Some of the prizes
