For more than 70 years, Mancini’s has been a St. Paul tradition. We’ve built our business and our reputation on outstanding service, exceptional quality and good old-fashioned family values. Today, the Mancini family’s third and fourth generations welcome you to historic West Seventh Street’s home for fine steaks, seafood and cocktails.

Let us host your next event! We have a big Italian family and we love an excuse to celebrate, so in addition to steaks and seafood, events are one of the things we do best. We’ve had decades of practice creating unforgettable events. We invite you and your guests to join us for legendary supper-club-style hospitality, classic cocktails and fine food made from our favorite family recipes.

Mancini’s is centrally located in the heart of St. Paul and offers ample free parking for guests. Our private event spaces accommodate parties of 30 to 150. We’ll work with you to craft a customized menu and space configuration that create the ultimate experience for your guests.

RED ROOMCapacity: 40 seated

We require a minimum of 30 guests to make the Red Room a private event space. Parties of 30 or less may share the room with other diners.

The full or partial Gold Room options are available for booking Monday through Friday. On weekends, event planners must select either the front (cap. 40) or back (cap. 85) section of the Gold Room.

MANCINI’S AL FRESCO AT THE MINNESOTA STATE FAIRGROUNDS

Mancini’s takes its St. Paul supper club traditions, food and libations to Minnesota’s most beloved event space! Join us for a laid back, less formal event at our “al Fresco” (open-air) venue located in the heart of the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.

Capacity: 80 seated, up to 150 with standing room and outdoor space (weather permitting)

Menu options are flexible at our State Fairgrounds space. We’ll work with you to customize a buffet, appetizer station or sit-down meal configuration that works best for your group. Mancini’s al Fresco has full beer, wine and liquor service capability.

Details & Policies

Deposit & Payment

A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your event date and space. Your deposit will be applied to your final event invoice. A final invoice will be provided following the event and include Minnesota State Sales Tax. Mancini’s accepts cash, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) and checks (with proof of identification only) for deposits and final payment. Invoices do not include gratuity. Sorry, we cannot accommodate requests for separate checks.

Guest Count

A minimum of 30 guests is required to reserve a private event space. Event rates are valid only for groups of 30+.

Please confirm final guest count 48 hours (2 days) prior to your event. If additional adults and children attend (above and beyond the number provided for final guest count), additional charges will appear on your final invoice.

Cancelation

Events canceled 60 or more days prior to the event date receive a refund of the full deposit. Events canceled 59-30 days prior to the event date receive a refund of 50% of the deposit. Events canceled 29 days or less prior to the event date will not receive a refund of any portion of the deposit.

Linens

Mancini’s provides white table cloths and maroon cloth napkins at no charge. Events may opt to select other linen colors for an additional cost and at least 30 days notice.

Details & PoliciesDecorations & A/V Equipment

Mancini’s does not provide decorations, tools or ladders to hang them. However, event parties are invited to do their own decorating or procure a professional decorating company to provide décor. Adhesives, nails, screws and tacks may not be used on walls, floors, pillars or doors. Sorry, glitter and confetti are prohibited. Easels, microphone, podium and screen are available upon request.

Outside Food

No food or beverages from outside vendors or restaurants may be brought in under any circumstance. However, cakes and desserts may be brought in with prior approval from Mancini’s.

Damage to the Facility

Renting parties and their guests may not damage or deface Mancini’s property. If any portion of the premises is damaged, the renting party will be financially responsible for labor and materials required to restore the premise to its original condition. Mancini’s will send an estimated bill to the rental party and charge the credit card on file for any damages.
