Mayorga Coffee Since the moment they roasted their first batches of specialty coffee in 1997, they’ve focused on creating a balance of craft roasting with quality assurance and scalability. Mayorga roasts right here in Rockville with the highest grade Probat, San Franciscan, and Diedrich roasters, which are considered the best in the industry.
Fresh Baguette Partner and provider of locally made bread, pastries, sweets and breakfast treats, fresh baguette brings the taste of France to our back yard, right here in Bethesda and Rockville. Yummy! They offer apprenticeship programs for local and foreign students, baking seminars and tours of the facility.
Meat Crafters One of the few makers of traditional dry salami, as trade they honed by spending a year in Almafi Italy learning from some of the world’s best salami makers. Meat crafters will be highlighted in many of our charcuterie offerings in Canopy Central and Special Events. Founded by Mitch Berliner, his wife Debra Berliner (also founder of Visarts here in Rockville) and Stanley Feder, founder of Simply Sausage, they all continue to play an integral part of the growth, development and stability of our communities.
