Event Protect is the industry standard in providing event cancellation
insurance for ticketing agents. This provides global protection for
primary & secondary ticket agents, platforms, venues, events and
sports teams in the case of an event cancellation.
Ticket agents simply connect to our platform via API which enables
all transactions to be underwritten by our panel of A-rated insurers
in real-time. This allows for the full value of the transaction to be
insured, including processing fees or any extras if booked as a part
of a package.
In order to help customers easily identify where to purchase tickets
for with confidence, all participating Event Protect members display
our recognizable trademark on their website.
In the case of an event cancellation, ticket holders would be asked
to complete a simple online form which allows us to refund them
directly. This reduces any commercial or chargeback liability for the
ticket agent, and no risk or any additional cost to the event organiser.

Our Members can connect to our risk distribution and management platform via API. It’s a simple
integration that allows us to receive all transactions in real time. These transactions are then
subsequently underwritten by one of our Insurance Providers.
The Dashboard gives a clear overview of all transaction and provides a visible breakdown by
transaction value, volume, insured premium and a further breakdown by region and country.
This provides a great data reporting tool for management.
