Students receiving honors may also pick up their university medallion or honor cord. Pick up departmental honor cords or medallions from individual departments by 4:30 p.m. on Friday. For more information on graduation honors, please visit the Honors page at Liberty.edu/HonorCords. MILITARY SPOUSE GRADUATE RECOGNITION CEREMONY 10 a.m. | Center for Music and the Worship Arts, Concert Hall Attire is business casual or Commencement regalia. GRADUATE RECEPTION 2-4 p.m. | LaHaye Multipurpose Center ARMY ROTC COMMISSIONING CEREMONY 4 p.m. | Center for Music and the Worship Arts, Concert Hall BACCALAUREATE SERVICE 6 p.m. | Vines Center Graduates are welcome to wear their regalia at the Baccalaureate Service but are not required to do so. MILITARY GRADUATE RECOGNITION CEREMONY 7:30 p.m. | Vines Center Attire is military dress or Commencement regalia. PARKING Graduates and guests should park near the degree presentation ceremony they are attending. Accessible parking for guests with disabilities is available adjacent to Williams Stadium. Plan to arrive early to avoid heavy traffic. TRANSIT SERVICES Liberty University Transit Services will provide shuttles during Commencement Weekend to assist with traveling around campus. Please note: Shuttle service is not provided off campus. ACCESSIBLE SEATING Accessible seating for guests with disabilities is available in the Williams Stadium concourse. Graduates needing special assistance should contact us at [email protected] no later than Friday, April 27. HOUSING Please reserve Commencement accommodations as soon as possible. Visit Liberty.edu/Commencement for information on local hotels. WEEKEND DINING On-campus dining options will be available for breakfast and lunch throughout the weekend. Graduates and guests are encouraged to dine on campus on Saturday to avoid the traffic and crowds at local restaurants. Specific locations will be posted on the Commencement website in April. CHILDCARE Free childcare for children ages 5 and under will be provided at omas Road Baptist Church during the Baccalaureate Service on Friday, during the Commencement Exercises on Saturday, and through the completion of the degree ceremonies. Children must be five years old or younger. Meals will not be provided.
