COMMENCEMENT CHECK-IN8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. | LaHaye Recreation and Fitness Center
Graduates must stop by Commencement Check-In to pick up their reader cards and important information. Students receiving honors may also pick up their university medallion or honor cord.
Pick up departmental honor cords or medallions from individual departments by 4:30 p.m. on Friday. For more information on graduation honors, please visit the Honors page at Liberty.edu/HonorCords.
MILITARY SPOUSE GRADUATE RECOGNITION CEREMONY10 a.m. | Center for Music and the Worship Arts, Concert Hall
Attire is business casual or Commencement regalia.
GRADUATE RECEPTION2-4 p.m. | LaHaye Multipurpose Center
ARMY ROTC COMMISSIONING CEREMONY4 p.m. | Center for Music and the Worship Arts, Concert Hall
BACCALAUREATE SERVICE6 p.m. | Vines Center
Graduates are welcome to wear their regalia at the Baccalaureate Service but are not required to do so.

Attire is military dress or Commencement regalia.
PARKINGGraduates and guests should park near the degree presentation ceremony they are attending. Accessible parking for guests with disabilities is available adjacent to Williams Stadium.
Plan to arrive early to avoid heavy traffic.
TRANSIT SERVICESLiberty University Transit Services will provide shuttles during Commencement Weekend to assist with traveling around campus.
Please note: Shuttle service is not provided off campus.
ACCESSIBLE SEATINGAccessible seating for guests with disabilities is available in the Williams Stadium concourse. Graduates needing special assistance should contact us at [email protected] no later than Friday, April 27.
HOUSINGPlease reserve Commencement accommodations as soon as possible. Visit Liberty.edu/Commencement for information on local hotels.
WEEKEND DININGOn-campus dining options will be available for breakfast and lunch throughout the weekend.
Graduates and guests are encouraged to dine on campus on Saturday to avoid the traffic and crowds at local restaurants.
Specific locations will be posted on the Commencement website in April.
CHILDCAREFree childcare for children ages 5 and under will be provided at Thomas Road Baptist Church during the Baccalaureate Service on Friday, during the Commencement Exercises on Saturday, and through the completion of the degree ceremonies.
Children must be five years old or younger. Meals will not be provided.

Graduates must arrive at the Williams Stadium practice field no later than 7:30 a.m.
Graduate processional will begin at approximately 8:20 a.m.
COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES10 a.m. | Williams Stadium
DEGREE PRESENTATION CEREMONIES12:30, 1:00, 3:30, and 4:00 p.m.
Each presentation ceremony is hosted by the individual school/college or department awarding the degree. Graduates will be individually recognized in their particular degree presentation ceremony.
Information regarding the time and location of specific degree presentation ceremonies is available at Liberty.edu/Commencement.
REGALIAPurchase regalia at HerffJones.com/College/Liberty by April 28 or at the Liberty University Barnes & Noble Bookstore beginning March 14.
The Liberty University Bookstore will be open on Friday and before Commencement on Saturday for any last-minute needs.
MEMORABILIAPersonal announcements, diploma frames, and class rings may be ordered at the Liberty University Bookstore throughout the day of Commencement.

PHOTOSProfessional photographs taken of each graduate as they walk across the stage will be available for purchase. Visit the Commencement website to register with GradImages for graduation photos.
Guests may take photographs from their seats but are asked not to impede the walking graduates.
