ABOUT USPurslane Catering is brought to you by the team behind Rucola in partnership
with Gowanus Hospitality Group. Our food is ingredient-driven, with a farm-to-table ethos and a vegetable focused menu. We believe in sourcing
seasonally and locally, and our primary mission is to provide food that is delicious, sustainable and beautifully executed. We serve the New York
metropolitan area and are the preferred caterers for The Green Building, 501 Union, and Sky Gallery in Brooklyn.
We understand that the look and feel of your event is as important as the food. Purslane is a a full service catering company and we are happy to
discuss the style of service and the event design you have in mind. We will arrange for professional, courteous, and friendly staff members, and work
with you to select the perfect tables, chairs, linens, dining and service items to complete your aesthetic vision.
A good beverage selection can help make your event unforgettable. We offer a curated list of wine, beer and spirits with packages ranging from non-
alcoholic beverages to top-shelf open bar.
