CELEBRATING SINGLE WORKING WOMEN Single Working Women’s Week - August 4 - 10

This month, we celebrate the courage and strength of single working women. This holiday was created by Barbara Payne who believed that it was time to celebrate the achievements, creativity, and courage of single working women. Successful single women are found every-where contributing immensely in the workplace and in their communities. If you are one of these amaz-ing women, WE CELEBRATE YOU! Additionally, our EU students are working, going to school, and caring for their families.

STAFF SPOTLIGHT HEATHER EALES

CAMPUS REGISTRAR With fourteen years in higher education in various areas all in support of student success, Heather Eales currently holds the title of Campus Registrar here at the Tampa Campus. Heather is originally from Evansville, Indiana, and now lives in Lutz with her 15-year old son and 2 dogs - Mario and Luigi! Her hobbies are crafting, fishing, dancing, and going to the beach. Heather’s favorite part of being here at Everglades is that every day she can work to make a difference in the life of a student, faculty, or staff member, no matter how small that difference may be. She believes that everyone deserves to be recognized for who they are and what they can accomplish on a daily basis. She says, “We are all special and have greatness within us. You just have to believe in yourself!”
