Larsen & Toubro is a multi-billion dollar technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing and

Manufacturing facility geared for excellence

High-quality Manufacturing FacilityOur manufacturing facility, located at Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India, is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and employs modern manufacturing processes. The plant is certified by ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management system, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO14001:2004 for EMS.

The range of products manufactured at this facility include special welding electrodes, gas brazing rods and fluxes, atomized metal powder alloys, flux-cored continuous wires and wire feeders, polymer compounds and wear-resistant plates, many of which are exported across the globe.

Research & DevelopmentThe R&D Centre of EWAC was established to directresearch towards the development of new defencesagainst wear for core industries like power, cement,steel and mining, as well as railways and transport.Here, field studies are correlated with laboratory tests,leading to the development of customised solutions.

TrainingEWAC has dedicated training institutes across India, complete with skilled training faculty and state-of-the-art equipment. Our training institutes conduct standard training programmes for welders and engineers, as well as customised training programmes as per specific customer requirements. EWAC Reclamation Facility The EWAC Reclamation Facility undertakes critical turnkey reclamation jobs involving weld surfacing, machining, pre and post-weld heat treatment with latest technologies and up-to-date surfacing materials. We are also equipped to undertake repair jobs at customers' sites.
