Side by SideFrom the user study we learned about list management:• Too many clicks involved in repetitive work• It is hard to find mistakes in a list• It takes the user a long time to make small changes• Space usage is not optimal

The concept of a side by side split view is a combination of a list view, view, and edit mode. The user gains many benefits from this, such asan optimized view for every data element, quick actions, betterperformance, and the ability to toggle between different views.

Authority Search Interface for PrimoVE only (H2 2021)

• Expose the catalog of Authorities to users, allowing them to learn more aboutterms and find associated records

• New Authority Search page (as a dedicated view in your PrimoVE)• Allow users to search for specific authority e.g. personal name or subject term and link to its

associated records

• This was requested by customers like National Library who have Authorityrepository within Alma, exposing it in the CZ for Alma customers and exportingit via Publishing profile to non-Alma customers.

• However, they were missing the ability for the non-Alma institutions to offer asearch on it, a nice way to expose those authority records (for search) outsideAlma and available for all librarians (even those from non-Alma institutions).
