Richard K. Miller, who is also an investor and a speaker, has been mentoring seed startups in various countries across North America, Europe, and Middle East towards generating 7 figure revenue for over 25 years. He was recently at Wavefront, Canada’s Center of Excellence for Wireless Commercialization and Research, where he mentored start and built the organization’s presence in Alberta and the Prairies. Previously, as founding Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PressReader, the world leader in digital print media distribution, he drove the company from start-up to over $21M in revenue. He developed a global distribution network for digital newspapers, licensing over 100 partners in 35 countries, and built innovative content licensing & recurring revenue business models. Prior to PressReader, he held management positions at Orion Technologies, Rydex Industries, and IVI, which is now part of Ingenico SA, the world's 2nd largest payment technology company. Mr. Miller has been the mentor for BCIC New Ventures Competition, member of Led Due Diligence Team evaluating potential angle investments, member of Vantec pre-screening committee for Angle investments, TRTech Canada 3.0 representative for BC, Selection committee for Plug and Play Canada Start-up showdown to name a few.

Under supervision of Established & Innovative International Commercialization Strategist, Richard

Miller, we help startups that are funded through Connekt develop and implement their commercialization strategies. This includes helping them identify their markets, building their product plans, finding their product-market fit, and developing their go-to-market strategies. It can also encompass driving their initial sales pipeline, generating revenue and building their sales team.

How do I register?

You can obtain your ticket online securely via our eventbrite portal. Simply go to visit.connektexpo.com and choose Connekt VC Expo –Investor Pass. Select the quantity you wish to purchase. Click on pay with Paypal.

Who is attending?

Venture capitalists, Corporate investors, venture fund managers, institutional investors, micro fund managers, fund of funds, seed investors, growth equity investors, corporate venture capitalists, limited partners, pension funds, endowments, family offices, foundations, investment bankers, incubators, independent investors, and other private equity investors.

Who are the start-ups?

After careful study, we decided not to limit submissions based on industry and open application to European start-ups from all industries. Upon finalizing our top 20, details about their industry will be sent out to participating VCs.

I am interested in exploring investment opportunities with one of Connekt start-ups. What is next?

You can approach them directly or through us. Either way, we recommend that you keep us involved at the time of signing the contract as we provide variety of optional added services including transaction management, consultation, monitoring shares on your behalf and much more.

Does Connekt Collect commissions?

Not from the VCs. We charge the startup a fee of 7% of funds raised.

Connekt Expo, an initiative by DW-DreamyourMind Srl Advertising and Marketing Co, is an
