Oracle Exadata is the only database machine

warehousing and online transaction processing

(OLTP) applications, making it the ideal platform

This is a demonstrator of the Oracle ExaCloud with preinstalled best practice applications for Telco, Retail and Finance sectors.Reply Exalab is available for Proof of Concepts and benchmarks in order to evaluate the real benefits of performance, reliability and manageability of bespoke or highly customized legacy applications. All carried out in an hardware and software environment optimized for extreme performance.The combination of Exadata and Exalogic is the landmark for Exacloud, Oracle’s response to the demands of 21th century data center.

Using tools like Oracle Real Application Test (RAT)

the current workload is moved into Exadata using

the same database configuration parameters.

Defined to a common baseline, a plethora of tests

can be carried out, from performance/stress tests,

to failure/reliability tests, passing through long

running data import/queries tasks varying the

initial configuration (baseline) and working out
