Small Cubes Value Stream Mapping(VSM)
Introduction: A small cubes value stream mapping workshop is being conducted to develop future focus of the line and to focus attention on current manufacturing problems. You are invited as a subject matter expert or to offer input from a unique point of view.
Objective: Complete a current state map that highlights current opportunities. Build a future state map that helps to create long term vision for system redesign and develop short term goals for today's manufacturing problems. Layout implementation plan for addressing needs of the long term vision and short term improvements. Introduce Value Stream Mapping technique for future use on large cubes and rounds.
