SUM is a Function
Type a Function
AutoSum ‘guesses’
• ‘=‘ perform a calculation
• Adding column C/row 4 to 10
• Good idea to include row 10
SELECTING & RENAMING WORKSHEETS
Right-click Sheet 1 Tab
Rename Type Birth Stats Repeat for Sheet 2, renaming it Daily Weights
Delete Right-click Sheet Tab Select Delete from Short-cut Menu

Home Ribbon – Cells Group
OPEN BIRTHDAY2.XLSX Ensure Column Widths are wide enough
to hold contents and centre align cells A3 to D3.
Remove the formula in cell D10 and replace it with AutoSum button.
Rename the worksheet Home.
Make a copy of worksheet Home and rename it Park.
In the Park worksheet edit the formula in cell D11 (per child calculation) to divide by 10.
Edit the data in columns A, B and C on the Park worksheet so that it looks like this:
Save the spreadsheet as Birthday3.xlsx
