Excel Calculation

It is spread sheet software . it is a game of tricks .It is used for creating financial Reports ,budget , chart’s pivot table and chart’s ,quotation and memos .So many function can be called for mathematical calculation It is also used in banks . It can be used as a database in small business organization

Excel program has two ( 2) extension 1. .xls = excel sheet 2. .xlw = excel workspace

Excel sheet has 256 columns How we will prove the columns which is 256

Click tool Option General Click on RICI cheek box Ok Excel sheet has 37294 pages .

Function Deference between function and formula : Each function has unique name , but formula has no name ,

Auto Sum This function is used when value are laying in one column or in one row .

shortcut key for auto sum as follows :Alt key + Equal key Auto sum function with comma

This function is used when are laying in deferent rows and column ( in deferent cell )

Nested Sum Function This function is used to Calculation of two listed values which is laying in column and row as below.

Sum function with subtraction together = sum(a1:10)-d3 then press enter

product function this function is used for multiplication

Max & Min Function



This function is used to find or to trace the maximum value in the list , but min function is the opposite of max as blow :Maximum

Nested of Max and Min Function This function is used to indicate the maximum and minimum value in one cell

It will shows both of them in one cell , but cannot differentiate the maximum and minimum value ,So for that we will use the function as below :

Average Function This function is used to find out the Average of the one employee or employees

IF Function This function gives the true massage .if the condition is True otherwise gives False massage if the condition if False .

And Function Is a logical function that it give us a true result when condition is true and give us false result when condition is false .



Comma And Function When all conditions are true it is gives true result . If any condition or all conditions are false it gives false result .

OR Function Is a logical function that also give us true result when a condition is true and give us false result when condition is false . if One (1) condition is true it is give us true result .

Not function Not function is a logical function which give us false result when condition is true and give true result when condition is false it means that is opposed is OR & AND function.



Count Function Count Function is used to count the cell that contains Numbers or digit only

Count A Count A is used to count the cell contains Number, Digit and Text also

Count Blank



Count Blank is used to count only Blank cells as bellow:

Count IF Count If function is used to count Number of cell within range that meet condition or creation “OR”count if used to count the same Number , digit , Text which are include in the list as bellow

Year Function Year function is used to get or shows the just the year from the Date

Month Function Month function is used to get or shows just the month of date

Day Function Day Function is used to get or shows just the day of the Date



Day 360 Function Day 360 function is used to count the days between two dates as bellow

Text Function Text function is used to convert date and time to text It is change month to Text as bellow
