    Risks involved in employee evaluation:-

    Human risk:

    PAs are not carried out appropriately/ baised.

    Negative perceptions.

    Technical risks:- PAs goals are not clearly set.

    Consultancy hired for evaluation lacking skilled labour.

    Loss of data / erroneous feedback.

    Operational risks:-

    Errors: PAs not providing accurate and relevant ratings of an employees performancFinancial risks:

    Insufficient budget.

    Over expense.
