We put the extra drive into your drives.
Timing belts, toothed belts and pulleysFor the optimum drive technology, our specialists use state-of-the-art calculation programs. In our warehouse in Reutlingen, Germany, we keep more than 2,000 drive elements in pulleys and belts in stock. In addition to fabricating custom parts, we trim standard dimensions to any desired width, weld endless belts and apply special belt coatings.
V-belts, flat belts, conveyor belts Based on their expertise and state-of-the-art belt calculation methods, our drive technicians offer you customised solutions from the wide product ranges of our leading partners, OPTIBELT and CONTITECH. Our workshop team ensures accurate cutting of flat belts down to the millimetre. In addition, we supply ready-to-install V-belt pulleys, endless connections of round and flat belts as well as custom-tailored designs.

The MULCO PU line of timing belts offers the widest and most innovate assortment available. The consulting service for drive, positioning and an increasing number of conveying applications is the market leader. The right pulleys are of vital importance for a functioning system.
Rubber/metal elementsNot only do we provide application-oriented advice in the areas of size, design, spring characteristics and shore hardness, but our state-of-the-art workshops also allow us to provide a comprehensive processing service. We drill and cut threads and saw and machine rubber/metal rails to attain the desired end product for optimal bedding of your machines, devices and systems.
Roller bearings, linear technologyAs authorised dealers of such renowned companies as SKF and INA, we carry a full line of top-quality roller bearings, needle bearings and linear products. However, our strength lies not only in the wide range of products we carry, but also in the number of different versions of each product. We combine individual computer calculations with trained ap-plication technicians to make the right selection for the application. Custom bearings made to drawing
are sourced globally in different qualities. As a member of the "Bearing Partners" co-operative, we can provide quotations for an extended range of products and services. In the linear area, we fabricate everything from shafts to complete sub-assemblies. Not to mention that we are also your one-stop source for tools installation and maintenance tools for SKF roller bearings.

Sealing elements, hydraulic seals In Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, we have a leading partner in sealing technology. We also import O-rings and shaft seals for individual solutions from the Far East. As necessary, we design test beds and run tests in our materials lab to en-sure their quality. In case of an urgent repair or prototyping job, we can manufacture seal moulds from various materials – usually without tool moulds – using CNC lathes.

Elastomer and plastic profilesWhether for window and facade construction, electrical engineering and air-conditioning systems, or commercial vehicles and cabs – our assortment includes all common elastomers and plastics, such as EPDM, neoprene, natural rubber and PVC. The variety of profiles is almost unlimited: We develop individual sealing solutions, from simple lip profiles to finely detailed cross-sections. Depending on theapplication, we supply profiles or vulcanised sealing frames to customer specifications.

Hydraulic hoses and fittingsOur first-class supplier selection and the expertise of our staff allow us to fulfil almost any customer requirement. Our assort-ment includes low-pressure, high-pressure and extreme pressure hoses, all the way to pipe unions, measuring lines and pressure gauges.
In our workshop, which is equipped with cutting and peeling machines, cut-to-length machines, hose presses, imprinting machines and test equipment, we expertly assemble your hoselines. Among other add-ons, we can include anti-kink spring guards to prevent hose whipping, burst-proof hoses, and the installation of multiple-hose lines. Many machine and vehicle manufacturers and automakers rely on our safeguarded fabrication technology.
