making process and ensure that problems are solved quickly and effectively, you will put

This practical module will enable you to explore different decision-making and

problem-solving approaches within the context of your organisational role. You will

analyse and address challenges posed by issues within your workplace and focus on

applicable decision–making and problem-solving approaches. You will then analyse

possibilities, before deciding on actions that fi t your specifi c needs.

Interviews will be held in Manchester, Birmingham and London in November 2015 and January 2016.

All courses run by Mind over Matter Consultancy Limited are credit rated by Edinburgh Napier University.

Once participants have completed their module, they are awarded the relevant academic credits. These credits are recognised across Europe and are equal to UK university courses at level 7.
