Revise annual plan to reflect National direction. Review 2012 plan to actuals to determine areas of improvement. Create first draft of 2015 plan.
Create best practices for recruitment & selection of Chapter staff
Educate the board about and Implement Behavior Related Interview process as defined on Dimension. Identify critical competencies for mgmt positions and create behavioral interview templates.

Create & maintain personal development plans for all staff members
Create development plans for all staff members as defined in the performance evaluation tool. Entire team meets at least once a month for in depth team discussion. Managers meet one on one at least twice a month with direct reports.
Re-train staff when necessary. All new hires are interviewed using behavior based methods. All staff feel empowered to make decisions appropriate to their position.
Provide proactive and timely financial and event management
Utilize standardized tracking tools for all 2011 events. Key event staff update tracking tools weekly. Train and monitor all staff in usage of event management tools as developed by Region and National staff.
Continue to educate staff in effective use of management tools for all events. Begin to implement CRM for all events.
