4 Sign-upbeginsonehourbeforeeachclassattheFrontDesk.EachpersonMUSTregisterforhimorherselfinperson,noexceptions.

5 Ifyouarenewtoexercise,pregnant,havebackproblemsoranylimitations,pleaselettheinstructorknowbeforeclass.

6 Pleasefollowinstructor’sdirection.Classesareagroupactivity,however,youcontroltheintensityofyourownworkout.Classesmaybeadaptedtoalllevelsandmodificationsarewelcome.Ifyouhaveanyconcerns,informtheinstructorpriortotheclass.

IntervalHangontightforflatsandhills,accelerationdrillsandjumpswithrecoverytimebetween.

Lactic Acid Bath Useintervalstotargetanimportantelementincardiovascularperformance–thelactatethreshold.Burnhundredsofcaloriesin40minutes!Previousexperiencesuggested.

Ride & Resist This50-minuteclassispackedwiththesamegreatcyclingexperienceyou’vealwaysenjoyedplusintervalsofResistanceTubingforatotalbodystrengthworkout.

Rookie Ride Everyonecanride.Joininthis30-minuteclasstoseewhatindoorcyclingisallabout.Youcancreateyourownlevelofintensitywhileworkinginamotivatinggroupsetting.
