EXERGY FALLING FILM EVAPORATORFalling film evaporators have been designed and developed by Exergy to be used mainly in conjunction with our Exergy Superheated Steam Dryers. The generated steam from the Exergy Superheated Steam Dryer is used to produce clean steam to be used in steam turbines for electricity production, process heating etc

EXERGY EVAPORATOR PLANTSThe falling film and forced circulation evaporators can be configured in different ways such as directly heated, MVR, TVR or multiple effects. The evaporators can operate at pressure or under vacuum. A combination of falling film and forced circulation evaporators has been used where large volumes need to be concentrated to very small residual volumes such as in ethanol plants used in the sugar industry.
