INTRODUCTION

NanoSafe is a major international conference, held in Grenoble every two years. The conference

brings together scientists, researchers and private industries from all around the world to discuss

health and safety issues related to nanomaterial use.

Nanosafe give them the opportunity to exchange information on their latest research progresses

and to share the future trends in research, safe fabrication and use of nanomaterials.

The conference includes plenary lectures, keynote lectures in addition to contributed papers both

oral and poster presentations.

After the great success of the last four conferences, the next edition will be held from November 7

to 10th, 2016 in MINATEC Grenoble, France. About 400 attendees are expected.

An important feature of Nanosafe 2016 will be the exhibition of related equipment, products and

services, which will be held at the same time of the conference. We have also decided to propose

an attractive sponsoring program. As an exhibitor or sponsor, you will get the opportunity to:

Please note that the conference programme has been structured to allow participants to visit the

THE CONFERENCE

To be even more attractive in 2016, the Organizing Committee extend the topics to urban and inci-

dental nano objects and nanoparticles for medicine applications.

THE EXHIBITION CENTER

The MINATEC campus has dedicated special-events facilities (900 m²), ranging from 20-person

conference rooms to a 400-seat amphitheater. These spaces are available to researchers for their

scientific events, and are also used to promote MINATEC’s micro and nanotechnologies research.

Please inform us as soon as you send a parcel. Please note that every delivery must be arrived on Thursday 3rd of November, 2016 later. Every parcel will be directly installed on you booth on Monday morning, the 7th of Novem-ber, 2016. Please note that return-parcel will be available at “La reception / Magasin” from Monday, the 15th of November 2016.

Car access for equipment set-up and removal

A special access will be open for exhibitors during the conference only to allow set-up and remov-al. More details and a map will be send before the beginning of the conference.

Delivery and storage

The exact name and address of the shipper, the title and the dates of the congress and a contact

name must be indicated on every parcel. Please make sure that payments related to the shipment

are done (delivery fees, custom taxes…).
