ATTENTION!!!! DEADLINES HAVE CHANGED!
Exhibitor Space & Booth Contracts : All exhibitor spaces will be located on the 2nd floor of the hotel (Ballroom, Bloomington Room, Edina Room,
Foyer). Booth contracts are custom made for each resource including; size, tables, racks, risers and chairs. Each
booth will be supplied with electrical access free of charge. Please review your contract and indicate any changes
that need to be made and adjust the cost as needed. Any increase in booth size needs to be approved by the
Executive Director.
Starting in 2019 all booths are required to have a minimum of TWO (2) LED flood lights per FIVE (5) feet of
exhibit space. Additional flood lights are available for purchase once this requirement is made. Please refer to
your contract for pricing.
Visual Merchandising: We are happy to report that Visual Merchandising Services will again be offered for our upcoming market.
Tom Smith, a local visual merchandising professional will again offer his services. Please contact him as
soon as possible with your market display needs. It would be helpful to indicate suggested themes for your booth
(Spring/Fall, Outdoors, Rugged, etc.) along with necessary forms or props required. His contact information is:

The decision was made to move up the deadline of the show contract and payment.
NEW DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, JANUARY 17TH, 2020 Prior to the due date you need to have submitted your
Completed Contract (including your list of market attendees) and submitted payment
Shipping Information: When shipping materials to the hotel please make sure your shipment does not arrive prior to the Thursday
before the show on February 27th. Label all packages to the attention of NW BUYERS MARKET, your rep name
and your Company Name. The hotel will deliver your packages directly to your booth on Friday at no additional
charge. An example is listed below:

Hotel Business and Internet Services – Complimentary wireless internet will be available in the exhibit area
during our market. Access information will be available at the NW Buyers registration desk. The hotel registration
desk offers copy and fax service at very competitive rates along with complimentary computers, printers, and
work stations. Level one internet is also complimentary in all guest sleeping rooms to our attendees.
Update Directory Information: Please fill out and submit the Updated Affiliated Resource Form included to make sure our directory is up-to-date
BEFORE it goes to the printer. Members pick up a copy of the Affiliated Resource Directory and use it throughout
the year to find potential new resources. Please help us keep your information updated.

Unloading & Loading Map & Instructions:
Use These Entrances!
The hotel has requested that we use either the EAST OR SOUTH ENTRANCES for both unloading and loading for
the Market. This will help ease the process for both our attendees and the hotel guests. The South Entrance is
located near the freight elevators leading to the 2nd floor exhibit areas. The additional Bell Service at the East
Entrance will help expedite the unloading process.
Set-up Time: Set up time starts at 1pm on Friday, February 28th. Early access to exhibitor space will be restricted to avoid
interruption of the pipe & drape set-up, and distribution of booth equipment. Set up will continue until 8:00pm
on Friday. If you need to set-up after 8:00pm please contact our offices to make arrangements.
Hotel Information: DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington South is conveniently located just off I-494 and Hwy 100 and is only ten minutes from Minneapolis - St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and the world-famous Mall of America. With plenty of on-site parking, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to the airport and local venues.

Crescent Kitchen: (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) Features regional American fare comprised of familiar comfort foods, updated, refined for the modern diner's palate, focusing on shareable small plates, which encourages groups to socialize in a convivial atmosphere. Crescent Kitchen Bar features 16 craft beers selections on tap along with a selection of small batch bourbons and scotches. Select a signature cocktail or choose a wine from vineyards around the world.
Crescent Kitchen Hours: Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 11:00pm, and Saturday/Sunday 7:00am - 11:00pm.

Daily Brew: In the morning, don't forget to start your day off right with a cup of hot coffee from Starbucks and a breakfast item at the Daily Brew, serving light fare on the lobby level. Sit down with a snack or grab something to go before the Market opens each day.

Member Pre-Registration: Members will be able to pre-register on Friday, February 28th from 3:00pm – 8:00pm. Members may meet with Sales Reps at this time by appointment only. Since it is extremely busy during regular market hours you may want to take advantage of these additional hours to schedule early appointments.

Should this behavior occur, the reps involved will be asked to leave the hotel property immediately and will not be invited to future markets. Shipping Information: Please package, tape, and label all your boxes and leave them in your booth. The hotel will pick up the packages
from your booth and take them to the shipping area. All boxes, racks, and cases must be removed. Absolutely
nothing can be left on the show floor after Monday night. DoubleTree by Hilton-Bloomington South will pick up
the boxes from each booth and process outbound shipments for DHL, UPS (Next day, 2nd day and 3rd day select),
and FedEx (Next day, 2nd day or 3rd day) . For FedEx ground please call FedEx directly. Shipping forms will be
available at the NW Buyers registration desk. You will need to prepare, pack and label your own shipments.
PLEASE BRING YOUR SHIPPING SUPPLIES INCLUDING PACKING TAPE.

Tear Down: No booth, or any part of any booth, may be dismantled, torn down or removed from the both until after 3:00pm

vacate their booth and remove all exhibitor property and materials by no later than 8:00pm on Monday following
the Market. Anyone breaking down before 3:00pm may be subjected to a $500 penalty.
