Best practices when using EOL?
A single brokerage firm may have multiple EOL users. Each individual user
must submit a signed copy of the Standards of Professional Conduct and
Service. You can get a copy from the Director of Broker Relations and
Product Development.

We strongly advise against sharing and letting others use your User ID/PW
EOL assumes the person entering information is the person to whom
that user’s ID and password were issued
Sharing ID’s and passwords can create confusion and potential
E&O issues
Update Broker Relations when there are changes to account users (e.g.
add, delete, revise user details)
When a new account user is established, advise EXIM if commission
viewing access rights should be granted
Where can I find EOL?
EOL is accessed via EXIM Bank’s website using the “Tools for Exporters” tab.
How do I get an EOL account?
Individual brokers can receive an EOL user account after their brokerage firm
has become a registered brokerage with EXIM Bank. The “Primary Contact” for
that firm who submitted the original brokerage registration should send an email
to [email protected] and copy [email protected] asking for a
new EOL account to be set up, and should indicate whether the individual
should have viewing rights for broker commission information in EOL.
An EOL account will be created for the broker, who will then receive an email
with instructions on how to access EOL and complete their EOL profile.

If the brokerage firm wants different offices to receive their own commissions
directly from EXIM Bank, those offices must each separately complete the broker
application and registration process. Each office will receive its own broker
registration number, and the person registering for that office becomes the
“Primary Contact” for that office.
NOTE: Once the brokerage is registered and entered into EOL, the firm is added
to the list of registered brokers in EOL that exporters may use to assign a broker
to a specific application.
Logging on to EOL
Clicking the EOL link on EXIM Bank’s website will take you to the log-on page,
where you enter your User ID and password.
Creating an exporter’s new user account
For new customers you will need to assist them in registering and naming you as
their broker. We strongly encourage you to walk through these steps with your
customer to insure proper access to their applications and policies in EOL.
1. Click on the “Register for a user account” link after which you will be
prompted to accept the terms of use.

2. Since this company is new to EOL, they should answer “No” to the
question “Does your Company already have an EXIM Online Account”?
3. Complete the details for the exporter’s EOL profile. Note that you will
need the exporter’s DUNS number to complete the process.
The user will then be prompted to select a user ID and password and enter their
contact details. Then press “Continue”. Do not use your broker email address
for an exporter’s EOL user account.

You will then receive a confirmation that the user account was created and
that a confirmation email has been sent. You may then proceed to log in to the
new account.
Creating additional exporter user accounts
If anyone at your client’s company has ever logged into EXIM Online and/or
submitted an application, their company is already in EXIM Online. Additional
user accounts for the company can be created so multiple people in your
client’s company can access the company’s transactions in EOL.

your customers will see upon logging onto EOL.
Associating a broker with the exporter’s account
By clicking on the “Maintain Broker” link, the exporter grants you access to their
EOL account. A drop-down box will list all registered Ex-Im Bank brokers. Instruct
the customer to select your brokerage firm from the list, and click the “Add
