What these experiences meant to me

Departments

Experiences contribution in achieving career objectives

As an official I have learned that never take decision on

behalf of other people. A process of community

engagement must be taken seriously. Every citizen has a

right to contribute/ comment on developmental

programmes in their respective areas. The youth

programmes was to give a platform to the youth in

expressing their views and take centre stage and make

meaningful contributions as agents of change in their

communities by identifying challenges and solution and

there after interventions needs to be undertaken.
