Experience and Qualifications

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 12 years experience out of which 3 year experience as an Expressway designs Engineer.

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 12 years experience in construction supervision of highway, out of which 5 year experience shall be in contract supervision of Expressways.

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 12 years experience in construction supervision of highways & bridges, out of which 5 year experience shall be in contract supervision of Expressway structures.

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 12 years experience in materials, pavement design and construction, out of which 5 year experience in a tropical climate as a Material Engineer in establishment and monitoring of the site based construction materials quality control and testing facilities, testing regimes and reporting system and out of which 5 years should have been spent in the design, specification and testing of road pavements, sub-grade and road construction materials.

Professionally qualified BSc Quantity Surveyor (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Quantity surveyors, Sri Lanka) with minimum of 12 years experience in quantity surveying, out of which 5 year experience in highway projects in claim assessment, preparation of extension of time, progress monitoring and reporting, budgting, cost controlling, and payment certification for major road works contracts.

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 12 years experience out of which 5 year experience in Hydrology survey and drainage design in Expressway projects.

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 12 years experience out of which 5 year experience in Traffic Engineering Designs such as Traffic Signals, Safety Systems and installations.

Licensed Surveyor with minimum of 5 years of experience in highway projects. Responsible for setting out works, topographical survey works and assisting measurements.

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 8 years experience, out of which 4 year experience in major Highway Construction Supervision.

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 8 years experience, out of which 4 year experience in Construction Supervision of major bridges and structures.

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 8 years experience, out of which 4 year experience in Highway Design for major road construction as a Highway Design Engineer.

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 8 years experience, out of which 4 year experience in design of major bridges and road structures.

Professionally qualified BSc Quantity Surveyor (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Quantity surveyors, Sri Lanka) with minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, out of which 4 year experience in highway projects in progress monitoring and reporting, budgting, cost controlling, and payment certification for major road works contracts.

BSc Civil Engineer or equivalent (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 8 years experience, out of which 4 year experience as Materials / Pavement Engineer in major road construction.

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 8 years experience, out of which 4 year experience in Soft Soil Treatment, heavy embankment designs, foundations of structures etc.

Professionally qualified Civil Engineer (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 8 years experience, out of which 4 year experience in tunneling.

BSc Engineer or equivalent (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) and PG Dip./ Master degree in Construction Project Management with minimum of 8 years experience, out of which 4 year experience as Planning / Programming Engineer in the Planning for construction of major highways and structures.

BSc Civil Engineer or equivalent (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 8 years experience in hydrological assessments and hydraulic designs out of which 4 year of experience in highway drainage works.

BSc Geology or equivalent with minimum of 8 years experience in Geology out of which 4 year of experience in land slide protection projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science with minimum of 10 years experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), EMP and monitoring.

Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field, out of which 5 year of experience in land acquisition and resettlement.

BSc Civil Engineer or equivalent (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) with minimum of 8 years experience out of which 4 year experience as a Traffic Road Saety Engineer in major road construction projects.

BSc Civil Engineer or equivalent (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka) and preferably with minimum of 5 years construction supervision experience of civil works.

BSc in Surveying with minimum of 3 years of experience in highway projects. Responsible for setting out works , topographical survey work, checking the Contractor's survey works and assisting measurements.

BSc Quantity Surveyor (qualification shall be as acceptable to Institution of Quantity surveyors, Sri Lanka) with minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying, out of which 2 year experience in highway projects in payment certification and checking, valuation of variations and progress monitoring for major road works contracts.

National Diploma in Technology (NDT) Civil or equivalent qualifications with 5 year experience in road and bridge construction supervision.

National Certificate of Technology (NCT) Civil with minimum of 10 year relevant experience or GCE O/L with 15 year experience in quality control of material for construction of highways and structures.

Capable of carrying out basic laboratory tests for quality control of road and bridge works. A pass in GCE O/L and preferably with basic material testing experience.

National Certificate in Engineering Draughtsman or equivalent with minimum of 2 year experience in CAD drfting for highways.

National Certificate in Engineering Draughtsman or equivalent with minimum of 2 year experience in CAD drfting for structures.
