Olympe Exploration Workshop

Step 1 – IDEATE0.5 day (workshop - all)

Immerse yourself in the problem space to better understand your users and market. This allows you to build empathy.

This step involves getting out from behind your desk and exploring the world through new perspectives. Push yourself and your team to generate new ideas & prioritize using well-proven methods and prompts.

Deliverable: Selected problem to solve

Step 2 – DEEP-DIVE0.5 day (workshop – all)

Refine the selected idea by detailing it into key user stories. Identify the key functional components.

This phase will take you through a process. The methods will allow you to both explore a specific space and get everyone on your team on the same page. Prioritize within the stories which are the most important ones.

Deliverable: User journeys & requirements

Step 3 – PROTO3 days (software development)

Create UX, Logic, Data models of your ideas in Olympe Platform that allow you to quickly test and evaluate them on a real application. From ideas to action.

Create & refine prototypes to evaluate your ideas and solutions in the real world. It is an ongoing, iterative process that if done continuously, can help steer you to the product/market fit.
