Tools milkweed, egg, 2 L bottle, nylon, rubber band, scissors, painters’ tape, sm. deli container with lid, water, post-it note (optional)

Directions Find milkweed, look for eggs, clean leaf, set-up habitat, feed caterpillar, clean habitat and watch and document the different stages, release butterfly after it emerges.
