Having worked in Europe and Americas, Mr. Berka

has 50 years of international business and engineering experience. He also has extensive

experience in the capital markets, financing,

During the past 39 years, Mr. Berka has served as a

Director and Senior Officer of various public companies traded on the NASDAQ, TSX, TSX

Venture and CSE. Mr. Berka is a graduate engineer

with a M.Sc. (Dipl. Ing.) degree from Slovak

Technical University, Bratislava, Slovakia (1968),

and has been a member of the Association of

Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since 1977.

PAUL CHUNG, B.SC., MBA

Director

Mr. Chung holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in

Geology from the University of British Columbia & a Masters of Business Administration in IT from

Athabasca University.

Mr. Chung is experienced in project management,

bringing companies to the public markets &

international transactions. Mr. Chung has conducted

operations in N. & S. America & China & is experienced in asset acquisition, financings, &

marketing for multi-location international businesses.

Mr. Chung helped to identify a suite of lithium

projects (Mariana brine in Argentina, Avalonia

Mr. Lamoureux has worked in the venture capital

markets for the past 12 years, specializing in the design & implementation of market strategies and

Freeman Creek History

Gold Dyke Prospect

o  Tested historically with only a limited number of shallow drill holes (<150 metres depth)

o  A small historical resource1 (non NI 43-101) containing about 20,000 oz of gold, 190,000 oz of silver, plus lead-zinc-copper by-products was estimated based on drill holes RDH-8 and 10. Tonnages and grades reported range from 325k to 416k tons and 0.9 to 2.6 g/t Au, respectively (HB files, 1987)

o  Previous operators calculated a historical resource1 “in excess of 15,000,000 tons” based solely off “exposed adits and surfaces free of overburden”. No details of grade or contained ounces of gold was reported (Preliminary Report of Porphyry Dike Property, 1962)

Management cautions that the historical estimates documented for the Gold Dyke Prospect have not been independently verified by a Qualified Person and were not completed in accordance with NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects and therefore should not be relied upon. Freeman Creek History


o  Located in northwest area of Property, ~3 km from the Gold Dyke Prospect

o  A small mill was installed at the site in 1910 to process mineralized material from mine operations; however, few records detailing the development, production, or head-grade exist

o  Historical samples from surface outcrop and mine workings assayed 14.15 g/t Au, 63 g/t Ag, and 1.2% Cu, and 1.8 g/t Au, 43 g/t Ag, and 1% Cu, respectively

o  Mineralization described as a “gold and copper bearing exhalate zone, a few tens of meters thick…” and “gold and copper are concentrated in lenses of massive quartz and magnetite” CarmenCreekVein(Umpleby,1913)

o  Multiple, closely spaced, parallel trending mineralized structures/vein(s) identified over a mapped strike length of at least 1.2 km, and are open at both ends

o  Surface sampling results include:

o  25.5 g/t Au, 159 g/t Ag and 9.75% Cu

o  15.3 g/t Au, 41.0 g/t Ag, and 0.76% Cu

o  2.0 g/t Au, 269 g/t Ag, and 11.4% Cu

o  5.0 g/t Au, 148 g/t Ag, and 32.0% Cu

o  Prospect has never been drill tested – permitting underway

o  Strong & extensive (800 m x 700 m) gold soil geochemical anomaly identified

o  High-grade gold, silver, +/- copper mineralization sampled at surface

o  New Phaser Showing discovered 1.3 km NE of main prospect - 2.06 g/t Au, 23.1 g/t Ag, and 0.56% Cu

Gold Dyke Prospect

o  Four (4) HQ size diamond drill holes totalling 457 m completed in October-November 2020

o  Includes twin (FC20-003) of historical drill hole RDH-8 (1.5 g/t Au and 12.1 g/t Ag over 44.2 m)

o  Each 2020 hole intersected near-surface zones of variably altered metasediments, with common to abundant quartz veining, silicification, sulphides, and brecciated/vuggy textures

o  Zone remains open in all directions and has been tested over a strike length of ~250 m

o  Assay results of drill core samples are pending

o  Mineralization at Freeman Creek is interpreted to be associated with a high sulfidation (HS) gold system, which generally form a vertical continuum from a shallow epithermal setting downward to porphyry Cu/Au deposits

o  The term “HS” generally refers to the highly oxidized state of sulfur within the hydrothermal system

o  A ubiquitous alteration feature of HS deposits is the presence of fracture controlled vuggy silica, which is formed by intense acid leaching

o  Deposits display a wide range of styles of mineralization including disseminations, hydrothermal breccias, stockworks, and veins

o  Deposits can exceed 40 million ounces, with grades in excess of 1 g/t Au, 20 g/t Ag
