Ghiott is a BRC and IFS Certified Company

Ghiott Dolciaria is certificated by Bureau Veritas since 2010 for the following international quality certifications:

1. BRC (British Retail Consortium) for the UK market; in 2018-2019 our company achieved the highest grade of conformity: A grade;

2. IFS (Interntional Food Standard) for French and German markets; in 2018-2019 Ghiott has reached a score percentage above 96%.

These international quality certifications aim to verify the good practices of GDO/Retail suppliers and their

founding principles are similar: HACCP, Quality System, prerequisite, work environment and human re-

sourses management, product control and process control.

BRC e IFS evaluate the following elements: implementation of HACCP system, implementation of good prac-

tices, implementation of a documented quality management system, standards control for the work envi-

ronment, for the product, for the process, for the personnel, presence of adequate specifications for: raw ma-

terials, packaging materials, finished and semifinished products, suppliers’ monitoring, location of the plant,

waste management, hygene standards and personnel organisation, process control.

Ghiottini have been baked with passion since 1953, and since that time, the recipe has never changed: we

still make them with only fresh, quality ingredients such as fresh milk, whole, selected Italian almonds,

barn eggs, honey and butter,without preservatives or colourings.

Our Ghiottini are packaged immediatelyto seal in the fresh-baked goodness and keepall their delicious aroma and delicate crunch.

Taste them on their own, as a perfect sideto coffee or tea, or dipped into dessert wine;

try them also in your desserts and cake recipes.
