SEEK FIRST TO
UNDERSTAND…
THEN BE UNDERSTOOD!
--Stephen Covey
It’s frustrating when I’m explaining
something to someone and they cut me off and tell me to get to the
point.
When I’m learning
something new I need to see it, hear it,
and experience it for myself.
70% of the population tendto have these Experiences
Sometimes I feel that I’m not as smart as
others because I need time to consider
things before making a decision. Often I
feel rushed into agreeing to a decision
I’m not feeling comfortable with.
