The space in which we have been living influences the quality of our life and the possibility of shaping it gives us a chance to decide about this quality. From the choice of home design and dominant colours in it, to the selection of ornament elements - with every single decision we create, in significant way, our future.

Among all these decisions, the choice of the door occupies the important place. The door symbolises a new opening, a beginning, and a welcome, but also a shelter and kind of barrier. Not only its ambiguity, but also a clear distinction concentrates the attention of the passers-by and the guests. Due to this ambiguity, and the important place the doors occupy, they determine the character of the house as any other element.

I sincerely encourage you to make the conscious and reasoned choice.

Osamu Ono - for 25 years he has been involved in shaping the space by designing not only modern mansions but also commercial buildings of high technology. He specializes in energy saving and environmentally friendly buildings by appealing to tradition and the achievements of Japanese contemporary architecture and design. Since 5 years he has been recommending DAKO products to his clients. He lives and works in Japan.
