The clubs' goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals bytaking small steps for improvement every single week. Theclub will be divided into 2 sessions. In the first one(Tuesday), we will focus on increasing strength and muscledefinition. In the second one (Thursday) we will focus onflexibility and muscle endurance. In each stage, the teamstake on the roles of Reporter-Opponent-Reviewersuccessively and try to gain as many points as possible.
