RULES TO FOLLOW This quiz is open to post graduate B-School students in India only.

Each team should have two members from the same institute and no student can bea part of more than one team.

The quiz is divided into three stages - Online Prelims, Live Written Prelims and theGrand Finale. The 2nd stage (live written prelims) will be conducted on 22ndAugust14 at Ernst & Young Global Shared Services Gurgaon, Bangalore and EY, Puneoffices simultaneously. The 3rd stage (Grand Finale) will be conducted on 23 rdAugust 14 at IIFT, New Delhi.

Top 30 teams that qualify the online prelims are to compete in the 2nd stage andTop 6 teams from the 2nd stage will compete in the Grand Finale.

Teams which qualify for the Written Prelims from outside Delhi-NCR/Bangalore/Pune shall be eligible for travel reimbursements (to the nearest

location) of up to 4500 INR per team, based on actuals, on producing originaltickets.

Teams which qualify for the Grand finale from Bangalore and Pune offices shall beeligible for air travel reimbursements of up to 40,000 INR per team, based onactuals, on producing original tickets and boarding passes.

Teams qualifying for the Grand Finale from Bangalore and Pune offices will need toplan for travel immediately to Delhi and will be provided assistance for booking theirtickets at the venue itself. Please carry your debit/credit card for booking thetickets (reimbursement can be claimed as per process detailed in this brochure).

Teams travelling to Delhi from Bangalore and Pune offices for the Grand Finale canavail lodging facility at IIFT campus on either 22ndAugust or 23rdAugust 2014 only.

The decision of EY will be final and binding in all scenarios.

LIVE WRITTEN PRELIMS The qualified teams are required to report to the EY Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune office

at 10:00 am sharp along with their institute ID cards and ID proofs (passport/voterI-card/PAN card-in original). No team shall be registered/ issued EYQ ID cardswithout a valid id proof and institute I-card (original only).

The written prelims will be held in EY Gurgaon, Pune and Bangalore officessimultaneously via video conference.

The rules for the written prelims will be shared by the quiz master on the day of theevent.

Dress code for this stage is Business casuals.

GRAND FINALE ROUND The finalists are required to report to IIFT, Delhi latest by 2:00 pm on 23 rdAugust.

Teams should carry their EYQ ID cards throughout the event. Teams without theirID cards will not be allowed to participate in the Grand Finale.

The decision of the quiz master will be final and binding in all scenarios.

Dress code for this stage is strictly formals.

PROCESS TO CLAIM TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENTS

The participants would have to present photocopies of their tickets on 22ndAugust 14 atthe time of registrations. The reimbursements for travel can be claimed after the closure ofthe quiz on submission of original ticket/boarding pass.
