COURSE OBJECTIVE On completion of the Diploma candidates should be able to:
Apply relevant financial reporting standards to key elements of financial reports
Prepare group financial statements including subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures
Identify and apply disclosure requirements for companies relating to the presentation of
financial reports and notes
PARTICIPANT PROFILE Professional accountants and auditors working in practice and industry, who are qualified in
accordance with national accounting standards, are eligible to take the qualification. Also,
practitioners who may yet not be qualified, but who can verify that they have three years'
relevant accounting experience through the submission of an employer's letter are eligible.
THE EXAM The DipIFR is assessed by a single three hour written exam in June and December each year and
the pass mark is 50%.
ACCA REGISTRATION-EXAM ENTRY In order to sit a particular set of exams, you must register by the following deadlines:
For the December exams | Register online by 29 September-Exam entry by 15 October
For the June exams | Register online by 30 March –Exam entry by 15 April
Registration fees: £185 are payable to ACCA and include one exam attempt.

Weekends: 09:00 – 16:30
