GUIDELINES FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF EXISTING STUDENTS The re-registration of semesters-III will take place on July 01, 2014. On The Day of Re – Registration : Following documents are required to be verified by the Academic Department.: (a) Student is eligible for promotion to the next year as already given on AMIZONE. (b) Student has paid the academic fees for the semester as well as for GSSC. (c) At the time of Re-Registration for a programme, student will be required to submit two Affidavits on Rs. 10.00 stamp paper each, one duly signed by the student and the other duly signed by the parent. (d) Every non-hostel student, at the time of Re-Registration will provide full particulars of his stay during the semester, whether staying with parents, relatives, friends, hired hostel/PG accommodation as per Re-Registration Form from second semester onwards. (e) Every hostel student will provide three copies of full details of father & mother and local guardian along with three copies of their photographs of which one copy will be with Reception/Gate, second copy with the Head of Institution and one copy with the Proctorial Board Office. i. If (a), (b), (c) or (d) of above are not fulfilled, his/her re-registration will not be done. ii. In case of odd semesters re-registration in hostel shall not be permitted without payment of full hostel fees & fulfillment of other conditions as laid down in the Regulations on Hostel Rules iii. Online entry of fees will be completed by Accounts Departments for all the Semesters / Years.

GUIDELINES FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF EXISTING STUDENTS

The re-registration of semesters-III will take place on July 01, 2014.

On The Day of Re – Registration:

Following documents are required to be verified by the Academic Department.:

iv. All the students who were debarred / failed will register for Guided Self Study. HOI will assign a course faculty to monitor the progress of such students in given assignments for the course during the semester, as per examination regulations/ guidelines.

v. Students who have back paper for the Value Added Courses must register for the same at the time of re- registration as per the Guidelines.

vi. Guidelines about Banning Ragging and Anti-Ragging Measures- Every student, at the time of Re - registration will be given a Leaflet giving details of Ant-Ragging Regulations for which he will sign having received it and its Record will be maintained in the Student Dossier in the respective Institution.

A briefing session for existing students will be taken by the HoI’s on commencement of new Academic Session to provide the following details:

1. Introduction to Uniform Course Coding, Course Curriculum Development2. Programme Structures, Choice Based Credit System and Academic Session Time Table3. Choice of Electives (Specialization, Domain and Open Electives)

4. Academic Calendar5. Examination and Promotion Criteria6. Any new Regulations, Guidelines and Rules7. Academic Delivery & Examinations8. Placement & Industry Interaction Activities/Strategy9. Student Clubs/Committee10. Anti Ragging Measures11. Changes in Mentoring Groups, if any12. Submission of NTCC (Non Teaching Credit Course) done during the summer break13. Semester targets, pedagogy and Evaluation Scheme of Value Added Courses14. Major activities of the year/semester and role of students15. Any other important aspect related to the Programme and Institution.
