Design & manufacturing capacity
All-encompassing design
A state of the art manufacturing facility
We use industry leading 3D design tools for project
design which not only enables us to determine the
hidden issues that might be there but also helps in
defining the processes, sequences and
dependencies in execution long before the execution
starts so as the same can be brought to light, resolved
and when execution starts it goes on without any holds
or time wastage in solution determination. This design
determined process enables us to adhere to the
stipulated project schedule and deliver the project on
time.
Coupled to our design we have created a state
of the art manufacturing facility using the latest
European machinery for the fabrication
purposes and setting them up using the “Toyota
Production System” so as to eliminate as
much process waste as possible.
