Fablink Quality Policy 1. Operating all of our process under controlled conditions
2. The policy is deployed throughout Fablink through the QMS [Quality
management System]
3. QMS is maintained and reviewed through Management Review
4. Everyone is provided with instruction to ensure understanding of the QMS
5. Employees are given access to the QMS documentation and are made
aware of relevant procedures and job instructions.
6. Employees are motivated to achieve quality objectives & to make
continuous improvements.
7. The policy has been formulated and is reviewed by TOP Management

The Senior Team, a sample of theTechnical Management and likewiseGroup of Shop Floor employees willbe asked to complete the QMSReview Questionnaire.
Outcomes will be considered by theExecutive in formatting content anddeployment effectiveness.
